★ Description: 

Drizzled with a tart berry coulis, burning with crimson fire, and garnished with fresh berries, missing flan is often enjoyed as a dessert at fancy high end restaurants. It was first conceived by a chef serving a meal for visiting royals. Driven to put a new spin on an otherwise traditional dessert, the flaming coulis was added as a last minute touch — it was then jokingly named "missing" flan after the absence of caramel in the dish. Although the flames are intimidating, they've been described as giving a tingly and warm sensation when ingested.

A delicacy of Sor Solir, it's very common for children to snack on these delicious kebabs for some hands on eating. Grilled geck is incredibly popular both as street food and as a homemade barbecue dish; each family has their own secret recipe for the marinade slathered generously on the dish. The flaming tail of each geck is considered the best part: the color of the fire indicates a different subspecies of geck, all with their own unique textures and flavor profiles. When cooking this dish, each geck is caught by hand, skewered, and then grilled in its own magical fire. There's a superstitious belief held by some Sor Solirians that catching a rare purple geck is a sign of good luck smiling upon you.

Although not much is known about the astrean people, archaeologists have occasionally found these mysterious shells at the sites of historical astrean activity. Each shell is opalescent, with no one consistent color scheme, and seems to glow faintly when submerged in water. The inside of the conch appears to hold a microcosm of the night sky. It's theorized that conches like these could have been used to communicate with other astrean communities by blowing them like a horn. If you hold one up to your ear, you can almost make out the whispers of an ancient language.

These delicious wings are a popular bar food and can be found at any wing place or pizza joint across the seas. Baked until golden and then tossed in a fiery chili sauce, these tasty treats come from the wing joints of gigantic insects. Their carapace is shatteringly crisp, even sauced, and their meat is juicy and sweet. They may look sharp, but they're safe to eat! This particular portion comes with a side of bug wing chips, celery, and a sweet and spicy garlic sauce that fizzes with magic.
