Draw or write about your character interacting with magic. Aspects, spells, rituals, tomes, enchanted scrolls are all okay!

 

✦ Do they have a favored aspect that they fall back on? Maybe they conceal the true nature of their magic from others, or maybe they’re loud and proud.

 

✦ Is their magic a force for creation? A frost mage might specialize in ice sculptures while a fire mage performs acts of fire breathing. A wood mage could cultivate a garden filled with the rarest of plants. What does their magic inspire them to do?

 

✦ Maybe they’re a creature made of magic itself. How do different types of magic feel to them when they come across them? Can they feel the intention of the spellcaster? Does water magic feel bubbly? Does lightning magic feel sparky?

 

✦ Magic is an important part of day to day life, but it’s especially strong at this time of year. Are there any magical mishaps with household enchantments acting up? Maybe your character gets a bit clumsy with their own magic, not used to the sudden surge in power. Alternatively, this might be the only time of year that your character actually feels in tune with that part of themselves.

 

✦ With Frostfall upon us, there are numerous celebrations of magic itself happening all over the seas. Does your character attend any of these? Do they perform magical feats for a crowd, or are they one of the observers? Maybe their acknowledgement of Frostfall is a more subtle thing, like a quiet devotion to their studies.
