On a cloudy day, Ender woke up with an unusual feeling in her throat. Instead of the usual words, her mouth made only strange guttural sounds, like a bird chirping. She was horrified when she went to the mirror and saw a reflection with a bird's beak replacing her own. Desperate and distraught, she chirped even louder, attracting more and more attention. Ender knew that she could not put herself in danger, and decided to seek help from her friend Elio, who lived next door. Gathering her strength, she ran to his house, hoping that he would help her deal with this madness. When Ender went to Elio's front door, she saw her friend had also turned into a bird-faced creature! The beak and the chirping were all in place. Ender and Elio stood facing each other in amazement and confusion. They didn't understand how this could happen and what they should do now. Without losing hope, they decided to unite and find a way to reverse this terrible transformation. They searched Elio's house for any clues or medicines, but found nothing. As time passed, their hopes faded by the minute. In desperation, Ender and Elio ran out of the house and began rushing through the streets, asking passers-by if they had heard of something like this. However, all their efforts were in vain. No one knew how to help them, and only looked at their bird-like faces with mockery and contempt. The next day, everything returned to its place, but the tweeting remained for some time, they jokingly recalled that day.
