Trait: Adds short feathers to the browbird's body
Size: Short. Close in size to short head feathers.

✅ Can be applied anywhere on the body of the design.
✅ Can be asymmetrical
✅ Can be a mix of fur and feathers
✅ Feathers can be tattered

❌ Feathers cannot be long/trailing, they should be short standard feathers
❌ Should not resemble scales
