Adds webbed feet to the browbird.

This is a trait that only shows up on a very small number of the population. It originates from a small group of browbird's that live by the dangerous coasts of Wildre, the browbird's home world. Webbed feet are a sign of distant Astrean heritage and it's likely that those seaside dwelling browbirds have distant Astrean ancestors.

Webbed feet aren't as useful for gripping as regular browbird feet, but they do offer a great advantage when it comes to swimming.
