A page from an ancient manuscript that when read for the first time will give one insights into deeper magical understanding. 

The parchment this page is made from has trace materials of the first paper used to create one of the god devices, the Book of the Universe. It's possible that a long time ago, someone got ahold of some pages from the real book and recycled them into new paper, scattering small amounts of the book's grand magic to many new tomes. 

 

All of the writing and illustrations of the page are done by hand and have a surprising amount of detail if inspected closely.

When one grows in the wild, it must be eaten within the hour it ripens or it will become toxic and decay soon after without proper preservation methods. The fruit tastes different for whoever eats it, and most claim it tastes like something they've always loved but can't quite put their finger on what.

★ Description: 

The heart of a hylos that has been carefully preserved over many years for use in alchemy, enchantments, and weapon forging to prevent crystallization. It holds a powerful magic deep within the blue angelic blood which makes them incredibly sought after items.

 

The harvesting of these hearts is not easy to do, nor is it reccomended. Along with the preservation process it can be a dangerous and exhausting endevor. It is a mystery of  where merchants get such items, but the difficult is definitely reflected in the price!

While not illegal to sell this item, it is against the law in many places to hunt dragonkin creatures. It's probably for the best NOT to ask where the shopkeep got it from.

Many people believe part of a dragon's soul is kept in the tongue, making this item sought after for many potions for its magical potency.

A type of fruit that grows from a plant called the Leytree that sprout from areas around the celestial leylines. When ripe they drop off and float through the spacial seas until arrive at planets and islands. 

The long tail is a long root that helps them swim while absorbing magical energy from their surroundings. They can sometimes travel for hundreds of years before properly taking root on a world, and while rare items they can technically wash up on any world or island.

The exact alignment of the spririt is unknown, but it is suggested to be in a safe place with no one of week will around, or you might end up with a posession on your hands...

The soul of something that lived long ago that became crystallized in crystal, similar to an fly preserved in amber. It still glows with false life, but in reality there is not much left of the creature this soul belonged to. 

This process is extremely rare, making this object difficult to come across, especially in an unshattered and uncorrupted form. It takes place over many thousands of years, when a living thing passes away in a place with very condensed magical energies and their body quickly crystallizes before the soul can pass into the dreamscape.

★ Description: 

A pair of shiny, golden, old-fashioned pet nail clippers in the shape of a bird. It is clear that this item was crafted with care and was used often by whoever created it. Because of this, the item gained a magical aura of its own. Now, when a kitbull absorbs the magic from it they will find themself with a new set of sharp talons that make a distinct tapping sound as the kitbull scurries around. 

Even when a kitbull absorbs all the magic and the item is no longer enchanted, it isn't useless. The nail clippers will come in handy in tending to these new talons!

Hemlocks are nightmare beasts that roam the true void, but will occasionally seep out into the surface in the event that a bridge is opened. They are dangerous beasts that consume endlessly, and retain the knowledge and experience of everything they eat as well as gaining the ability to transform into that object or creature.

When hemlocks appeared, they must be defeated! And when that happens, the spoils left over are sold as magical items. Just be careful, it's always possible the helock could regrow from something as small as a horn...

An assorted pile of relatively average and unrefined magical crystals and gemstones. Each stone is small enough to fit in the palm of your hand, some have varying tepuratures from hot to cold while others give off a soft glow or strange smell. The magic held within them is subtle, but exposure to them may lightly alter the shape of magic-based creatures. After prolonged use they lose a bit of their lustre and are no different than a regular stone.

Grown from a seed of the Time Rose herself. With a single breath each year she releases thousands that spread to distance stars and sprout in the hottest places to bask in stellar light.

They are heavily sought after by people in love as it is said giving one to your partner will protect your relationship until the star that grew this bloom dies out.

Roses in the Celestial Seas have a strong association with time, beginnings, and ends. They are a very important part to many cultures and often times those possessing time magic will carry roses with them.

A rare silk created in secret by specially trained Scarabim called "golden scarabim" who dedicate their life to the secret art of weaving it. The patterns depend on the scarabim who create it, each one with their own signature look as the result of the magic infused in each thread of silk. The silk is actually so fine that despite it's near weightlessness, it is very difficult to tear or fray.

This silk is the top exported item from the Scarabim homeworld! It is extremely popular in use for clothing due to how colors of the fabric change based on the aura of the wearer.

A powerful stone sought after by many. They have the largest magical holding capabilities, and are even able to contain multiple souls within. They originate from massive space beasts, called Spirals, that swim among the stars. On their backs they will grow countless spiral eye stones of all shapes, sizes and colors.

The strange group named the "Spiral Eyes" seems to have a fondness for these stones.
