Allows you to add Uncommon Horn Engraving to a kitbull.

✦ Horn carvings can be any type of pattern or shape.
✦ Horn carvings can be applied to one horn, or multiple horns.
✦ This item does not allow you to add the horn mutation trait. It can only be used if the kitbull already has the horn mutation.
✦ Horn carvings should not glow unless the kitbull has a peculiar trait that allows for glowing markings.
