As the novelty of the Starwell wears off, once enthusiastic citizens find they must return to their lives. People pack up their tents, their shops, and their boats, and they leave the Starwell behind. Some don’t even bother doing that, and leave their stands and boats to fall to ruin as time marches on. A few might dream of the deep longer than others, but eventually even that most mysterious side effect will fade away, and the Starwell will persist as only a fond, nostalgic memory.

Even so, the Starwell remains outside of Sor Solir, growing inch by lonely inch...

✦ MAGICAL SLUGGY, like all special trait items, will be added to Galstrod's goods several months to a year from now. The traits may also appear on premade designs occasionally!

✦ The MAGICAL PET EGG will return in the future revamped fishing prompt. You can also hatch a sluggy from the Cosmic Egg, which will be rarely available in other events and raffles.

✦ The SPARKLURE SUNDAE will return very rarely during events/future features, and occasionally show up on premade designs. The trait will remain specific to that item!

✦ Event crafting/event shop items will return for future events, some return seasonally.

FISHING
Fishing will be leaving, and the event version of fishing is retired. I've noted the feedback on it + understand several issues that I want to fix. (how the bait and rod work and art obtained as one example)

A NEW fishing prompt structure is something I'm working on as a permanent addition. The rod and bait you have left over will be used for this overhauled version.

ROD AND BAIT will not be usable in any prompt until revamped fishing is ready. NO ETA on when it'll be added yet!

✦ Upcoming additions will be more slower paced and laid back for a while to give the community and staff a breather
✦ More permanent/repeatable content. Based on feedback... Everyone enjoyed being able to draw aquatic versions of characters so we'll be preparing a similar prompt that's permanent.
✦ Next larger update is planned to be the TRUBULL SUBTYPE RELEASE, reference materials, and a short permanent prompt questline for trubulls ALONG WITH guidelines for kitbulls and longbulls and the reintroduction of several missing kitbull traits. All kitbull traits will not have visual references by the time this is released, but they are being worked on
✦ Additionally, a large multi-month event  is in the early planning stage. The last event of a similar scale was the SUMMER 2020 event. It will be a long while before this new one is ready due to the workload. Multiple smaller releases will happen before then.

✦ EVENT RETROSPECTIVE

Hey it's Corrin!

It's been a while since we've regularly run events due to my IRL situation. Now that I'm able to actively work on C-S again I'm gradually bringing them back. To keep things fresh I'll be trying different event structures, reward types, prompt systems, items, etc! Events take a long time to prepare, even smaller ones, so please be patient while I work on them!

Something I want to acknowledge is: while many enjoyed the Dreams of the Deep event, I realize it was still stressful for some as they worried about missing out on possible rewards and felt like there wasn't much breathing room.

This was absolutely not intentional AND we did not expect such a massive influx of submissions. The completion requirements were around where we thought most people would stop. There WILL still be fast paced events occasionally, but this one has given me a better grasp on how to balance them. Seriously, thanks for the amount of interest and participation!! It's awesome to see and we're happy to welcome so many new faces to the community.

✦ MYO/DESIGN SUBMISSION COOLDOWN
There is more SG, MYO slots, and players than ever before, so we're naturally seeing an influx of designs to review. To help ensure designs are approved on time, there is now a cooldown on design submissions shared between MYOs and DESIGN UPDATES.

THIS MEANS: You must wait 1 week (7 days) between each design/update you submit.
You can still have multiple designs in queue as long as they were submitted 7+ days apart.

This only applies to NEW SUBMISSIONS (MYO or DESIGN UPDATES), so if your design/WIP is sent back and you re-submit it later, that re-submission does NOT count against your cooldown. NEWLY CREATED COMPANIONS also do not count.
