The gates of Harara are open to all in preparation for the upcoming competitions being held within the city. The Pharaoh has broadcast an invitation to even the most distant star systems requesting that those gifted in magic, combat, and riding to face off against other skilled individuals. He has made mentions of a grand prize, an artifact that holds a mysterious power which will be unveiled at the opening ceremony to be held in a few days! Before that though, why not take some time to explore the capital city and see its many sights-- or perhaps the time would be better spent training for what's to come...

✦ How do you join a faction?
You will join a faction on your first submission to the event whether it's the main story or side quest!
You CANNOT change faction later, so if you choose a different one on your second submission, it will be rejected.✦ Does only the winning faction get rewards?
Nope! The rewards are given out at the end of the event to ALL participants who finish.
The winning faction only determines what rewards are given.
✦ How do points work?
The points granted are equal to the total stargold earned on a main story prompt entry, so we encourage everyone to try creating large entries for the main prompts in order to earn points. Side quests will always grant 5 points! The total points shown above is the combined total of all points from all factions, so no matter what faction you choose you are still contributing towards the event. Everyone is working together to unlock rewards!
The individual points earned for each faction will be revealed at the event's conclusion.
✦ How do you complete the event?
Do at one entry for all of the main prompts. You are not required to do any side activities.
Main prompts will not be available from the beginning, so you'll have to wait for each part to be released!
✦ Do members of the winning faction get anything?
Yes! All those who participated in the winning faction will also be given a special emblem item that can apply the summer bonus to one character permanently. The look of the emblem will be based on the winning faction's symbol!✦ How do you claim rewards after completing the event?
Completion reward distribution will be set up after the event concludes. Please do not attempt to claim them before the event is over!Rewards and final raffle are only available to users who FINISH the event!

✦ Earn Faction Points
Each submission earns faction points equal to the stargold you earn on main story prompts.
✦ Summer Bonus
All event designs from this year and last year grant the Summer Bonus when used in this event's prompts!
The summer bonus grants +1 stargold per summer design included in any drawn prompt even if you don't own them. If a summer design is used as your focus character for writing, they grant +4 stargold.
✦ A chance at crafting materials
Each entry submitted to one of the main prompts has a chance to drop crafting materials, peculiars, and other items! Each main prompt will have its own loot table.
✦ Summer Trait Items
Items that grant specific traits will be given out for certain prompts in this event! You will be given a choice between two traits when the time comes.

Completing your first entry will grant you the event-exclusive summer badge

Explore the city, try the food, meet people, and even take on odd side jobs!
Side quests grant Gacha Tokens instead of stargold, these tokens can be spent on the gacha rolls during the summer event.
You can join a faction when completing a sidequest first! Completing a side quest will always grant +5 faction points.
You can start with any side quest and do them at any time during the event!
A new side quest has been added with the release of part 2!

You can unlock crafting by first completing all 3 crafting quests on at least one character!
Crafting quests will still be available after the event, but some crafting recipes exclusive to the event may be leaving for good!
