I think it would be a good idea to make it so that characters with seasonal bonuses can get their bonus during certain months of the year for any prompts written during that season or at least with scrapbook.
This year there's been hardly any events which makes seasonal bonuses purposeless, so it would be nice to have a way to make it relevant even when no events are happening.
